The first Cassette Tape Coffee Table was created six years ago by Taylor Calmus. The first product was simple, made from plywood, and placed in the designers living room. After showing the nice looking piece of retro art to his business partner, they decided to great new one with better quality and try to sell the Cassette Tape Coffee Tables online. Now the good news, the B-side by Taybles is making the coffee table more affordable. These tables were made fully to scale from a cassette tape, as a tribute to the old mixtape in our rooms. They had a wooden body, hairpin legs, stainless steel cup-holders and a whiteboard label. The new version has a fire wood body, steel legs, and same stainless cup holders and whiteboard surface. Right now, the company tries to raise funds on a Kickstarter and turn this art into the mass market design.
